Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities
The Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD) seeks to enhance the independence and quality of life for people who are elderly or disabled and their families. CFPD shall actively evaluate, monitor, oversee, coordinate and implement services in partnership with its clients and their families to ensure and maintain their rights, integrity and dignity.
Inclusive Housing Coalition
Today, over 20,000 adults with an I/DD live with caregivers over the age of 60. What will happen when their caregivers are no longer able to care for them? Colorado is facing a housing crisis as the number of individuals with an I/DD living at home climbs each year and the lack of affordable, supportive housing declines.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between organizations and individuals to provide better housing solutions for this community in Colorado.
